Read This Artist's Statement
My mom is from Hong Kong and my dad is from Germany, so I made one Chinese section and one German. I loved it when I went to Germany and saw people dancing while my dad was playing the accordion. I also went to Hong Kong and saw Bauhinia flowers. They are very beautiful, but sometimes it rains, or a wind may come. That's how I got the idea of writing a German Polka and a song about Bauhinia flowers. Enjoy!
